Kombo Review Bot

An internal tool of KOMBO · Cơm niêu Singapore KOMBO restaurant chain · Vietnam

What this application does

Kombo Review Bot is a private, internal application built and operated by KOMBO for the restaurant locations that KOMBO itself manages on Google Business Profile. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.

• It reads new customer reviews posted on KOMBO's own Google Business Profile locations.
• It drafts a reply to each review on behalf of the restaurant and posts that reply as the business owner's response.
• When a review signals a problem (for example a low star rating or a complaint), it notifies KOMBO's customer-care staff so a person can follow up.

How it connects to Google

The application signs in with Google (OAuth 2.0) using KOMBO's own company Google Account, and requests the business.manage scope so that it can list the company's locations, read their reviews and publish owner replies through the Google Business Profile APIs. Only KOMBO staff use this application; it never accesses the Google Account of any customer or third party.
